Sawna Dyfi is a social enterprise dedicated to providing a community-focused sauna in the Dyfi Valley. We want to promote the health and wellbeing benefits of sauna and plunge pool use, and help our users to have a great time.

There is parking onsite. Please be aware there is a short walk from the car park to the sauna over mixed terrain (tarmac and gravel path). / Mae parcio ar y safle. Cofiwch fod taith gerdded fer o'r maes parcio i'r sawna dros dir cymysg (llwybr tarmac a graean).glaswellt).
Cyfleusterau / Facilities
A beautifully converted, wood-fired, mobile horse box sauna. (6 persons) / Sauna bocs ceffylau symudol wedi'i drawsnewid yn hyfryd, wedi'i danio â choed. (6 person)
Plunge pools and shower looking across the stunning Dyfi Estuary. Toilet and changing area on site. / Pyllau plymio a chawodydd yn edrych dros Aber Dyfi godidog. Toiled a man newid ar y safle.

Swimwear. 2x towels (one for sitting, one for drying). A bag for your clothes. Water bottle. A healthy sense of adventure. / Dillad nofio. Tywelion 2x (un ar gyfer eistedd, un ar gyfer sychu). Bag ar gyfer eich dillad. Potel ddŵr. Synnwyr iach o antur.
